-> 55 inch LED (not smart) TV with Bell Fibe internet and firestick
-> DVD player with a variety of movies.
-> Stereo with blue tooth connectability (play your own tunes from your phone) and CD player in sun room.
-> USB ports in wall sockets allow you to charge your own device directly from the outlet (bring your own charging cable).
-> very comfortable living room sofa and chair.
-> Good cell service.
-> 200' X 75' property with 800 sq foot cottage. Neighbours on both sides, but very good privacy due to surrounding cedar hedge.
-> maximum parking 3 vehicles.
-> fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, 20 litre water cooler (both hot and cold water), pots, pans etc.
-> Propane barbecue.
-> dine in the openess of the sun room. Table seats 6.
-> Please bring your own drinking water; there maybe some already hooked up but you dont want to run out.
-> Comes with a paddle boat a kayak and canoe. Please bring your own life jacket.
-> Hot Tub with 2, 7hp pumps.
-> Fully furnished sunroom seating area seats 6 easily.
-> Dock is 6 feet wide and 50 feet long with a ladder at the end; water depth at end of the dock is at least 3 feet.
-> Firepit (wood is not included).
-> Plenty of outdoor furniture.
-> Indoor games and puzzles.
-> 15 minutes to Casino Rama; only 5 to Tim Hortons !
-> 1.5 hour drive time from Toronto, 10 minutes to Orillia and 25 minutes to Gravenhurst.
-> Lake bottom is small to medium sized stones; we do recommend water shoes. Hard, sandy, shallow lake bottom is only about 300 feed into the bay (an easy paddleboat ride)
-> Small pets permitted upon owners concurrance. No cats
-> Boat launch at nearby StarPort Marina .
-> Smoking outside.

The yard, the fire pit, and the dock were beyond nice. I have rented a few cottages in Orillia and this one is my favorite! It is exactly like the pictures. The beds are clean and comfortable. My frenchies absolutely loved the yard and the beach access. We do hope to come back very soon

Thanks for sharing your little slice of heaven with us! The view is just breathtaking. Your cottage was spotless and cozy! Had everything we needed! The hot tub was a bonus and being pet friendly for our friends frenchie! We’ll be back!

A cozy, well kept rustic cottage that packs a punch! Clean hot tub for the cool breezy nights, in ground fire pit with lots of seating, small pebbled beach for easy water access/fun for toddlers, clear water for swimming, well manicured lawns for walking barefoot, long dock to fish off of, shallow/calm bay to paddle on, quiet neighbourhood, stocked kitchen, comfy beds, sun porch to hang out during the rain or escape from the army of hungry mosquitoes…all while a glance away from the stunning views. We loved the functionality and cottage-feel of the space, especially with two toddlers. Murray was welcoming and communicative. A gem for small families!
