Due to local regulations restricting Short Term Rental accomodation in several of our nearby townships, we will no longer be taking on new clients.

As of January 2021, we will only be supporting 2 seasonal cottages on McPhee Bay, Lake Simcoe. One of these cottages is a weekly summer rental (3 day minimum during spring and fall only) and is licensed by the township of Ramara, the other is a minimum 1 month rental as this is not licensed for short term rentals by the local township.
